Sizing of metric to inch
Example of NATO tagging;
7585/1015
First part refers to length and therefore 75 which is actually 175 or 85 which is 185 is centimeter length measurements
The formula is 10mm per centimeter so 175X10=1750mm
Since there are approx. 25mm per inch, divide 1750 by 25 and the lower range is 70” or 5’ 10”. The 185 figure refers to the upper range
185x10=1850, divide by 25 and you get 74” or 6’ 2” which would be a general height range. ( 5’ 10” – 6’ 2” )
The latter numbers refer to circumference;
10 or 110cm needs to be multiplied by 10 then divided by 25 to get inch
110X10=1100 divided by 25 = 44”, the 15 is 115cm so 115X10=1150mm and then divided by 25 gives the upper range which is 46”
If this were a shirt it would fit a 44”-46” chest size and an individual in the 5’ 10”-6’2” height range ( depending upon physical features )
Generic metric ( 175-185/110 ) is broken down the same
The 175-185 range is considered the regular size range
Short is 165-175, X short is 155-165, Regular is 175-185, Long is 185-195, extra long is 195-205, and XX long 205-215

Our staff goes to great lengths to insure proper fitting of clothing items. We measure all used clothing items to verify they still fit within the tagged dimensions and make corrections where necessary. Take the time to properly measure and reference our sizing information before purchasing clothing from our company. Results are the right fit first time. All clothing items referenced as small, medium, large, etc… are to be considered in the “regular” height range and in standard BDU dimension ranges (refer to chart) unless followed by notations otherwise.
Our sizing letters which follow dimensions posted in our listings are as follows;
XS = EXTRA SHORT, S = SHORT, R = REGULAR, L = LONG, XL = EXTRA LONG
EXAMPLES;
42-44L Refers to 42” to 44” chest or waist in long length
36R would refer to 36” chest or waist size and regular length
